This all-levels yoga class is all about building and maintaining stability and ease in your body. We’ll explore what are known as “functional movements” - reaching, lunging and squatting, for example, as well as postures from traditional yoga flow, like warrior poses and sun salutations. We will end class with a brief meditation to complete the connection between mind and body.
